Shipping and Returns

At DRVN, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible, so you can perform in style and comfort right away. Below you will find all the information about our shipping and return policy.

 

Shipping

Delivery time: Orders placed before 16:00 on weekdays are shipped the same day. We always aim to deliver your package within 1–3 working days.

Shipping costs: We do not charge any shipping fees for deliveries within the Netherlands.

Track & Trace: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace code so you can follow your package.

 

Returns

At DRVN, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something is not quite right, no problem.

Return period: You can return your items within 30 days of receipt.

Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.

Return costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs via the PostNL website, we take care of the rest.

Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned items, the amount will be refunded within 7 working days via the original payment method.

1. Register your return via email (contact@drvnstore.nl) with the following details: name, order number, and reason for return. Make sure to use this subject: 'DRVN Return'.

2. Create a return label via PostNL using this link:
