General Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

In these terms, “DRVN”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the company offering products through the webshop www.drvnstore.nl.

“Customer” refers to any natural person who purchases products through the webshop.

 

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries of products by DRVN to its customers.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

 

3. Products

DRVN offers gym apparel, including but not limited to hoodies, T-shirts, shorts, and joggers.

All products are made from quality materials; however, DRVN is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use or incorrect care of the products.

 

4. Payment

Customers can pay via iDEAL, credit card, or Apple Pay.

DRVN reserves the right to modify or add payment methods.

Pay-later options are currently not available but may be introduced in the future.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

DRVN offers a 30-day return period after receipt of the order, provided the products are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The return policy is available on our website (see the “Shipping and Returns” page).

 

6. Liability

DRVN is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products, such as incorrect washing or maintenance.

DRVN’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

 

7. Intellectual Property

The logo, designs, brand name, and other intellectual property rights of DRVN are owned by DRVN and may not be used by third parties without permission.

 

8. Complaints and Disputes

Complaints can be submitted via email at: contact@drvnstore.nl. In the event of disputes, the court in the Netherlands has jurisdiction.

 

9. Force Majeure

DRVN is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or transport issues.

 

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

DRVN reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website and take effect immediately upon publication.
